Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Due to production time required for these hand-made products, orders will be fulfilled within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Order Status
You will receive an email notification from us, once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@shinyelephants.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Returns are accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount will be refunded, minus the shipping costs for the return. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@shinyelephants.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
